Power of Attorney<\/h3>\n<p>Ensure that your legal representative in Iran has a valid power of attorney to handle the driver&#8217;s license replacement procedures.<\/p>\n<p>If you need to obtain a power of attorney, review the power of attorney application guide and deposit the power of attorney fee (20 Euros) into the designated bank account.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Eye Examination Certificate<\/h3>\n<p>Visit an optometry center in Canada and obtain an eye examination certificate.<\/p>\n<p>Download the eye examination certificate form from the embassy&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n<p>Scan the eye examination certificate and the payment receipt in good quality (preferably with CamScanner) and send them to the digital consular WhatsApp at 09108106635.<\/p>\n<p>After the certificate is approved (with a 30 Euro fee), have it officially translated and provide it to the traffic police along with other documents.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Photo Verification<\/h3>\n<p>Your representative must take two recent passport-sized photos of you, your Canadian identification document, and a copy of your passport to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs service desk. (Photo verification fee: 6 Euros)<\/p>\n<h3>4.
