The application for issuing a passport and travel document for individuals under 18 years of age must be registered by the father or legal guardian. In this way, the father or legal guardian creates their own profile and then proceeds to register the application for their child under 18 years of age. The tracking code received after registration belongs to the application for issuing a passport for the individual under 18 years of age.
