If you reside in Canada and have completed your university studies in this country, you can have your educational documents verified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Please note that only documents from universities listed as approved by the Ministry of Science or the Ministry of Health can be verified.

If you are currently enrolled in studies and require an enrollment certificate, please refer to the student file formation guide.
1. After registering on the Mikhak system, go to the “Educational Affairs” section.
2. In the document verification section, you must upload the following two documents: (Representation: Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Canada Headquarters | Request Type: Educational Document Verification)
- Graduation Certificate
- Academic Transcript
3. Have a relative or acquaintance obtain a “bank letter number” by visiting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs service desk or provincial offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They should then deposit 48 Euros (Euro banknotes) to the account of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Ottawa, account number 2078070033, at a National Bank foreign exchange branch. The original bank receipt must then be presented to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs service desk in Tehran or the provincial offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
4. At this stage, the document verification process begins. To expedite the response, the applicant should email both documents uploaded for Mikhak document verification to the university and request that the university verify the attached documents. In the reply to the verification email, they should also add the student affairs email address student.canada@mfa.gov.ir to the CC.

Dear Reader,
I am writing in reference to my recent graduation and submission of my diploma to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran for approval. I have been informed that the Ministry has approved the issuance of my diploma, but they require confirmation from the university in accordance with privacy laws.
I would be grateful if you could take a moment to review my diploma and confirm that it meets the necessary standards for approval. I understand that this confirmation is required before the Ministry can issue the final diploma.
In addition to the confirmation, I kindly request that you also provide an official transcript of my academic records from the university. The Ministry has requested a copy of my academic record to finalize the approval process.
I believe that my academic record speaks for itself, and I am confident that there will be no issues with its review and approval. However, I thank you in advance for your attention to this matter and for any assistance that you may provide.
