- Original valid Iranian ID card.
- Application receipt.
- Copy of the received text message.
Providing the serial number sent in the text message is mandatory when taking the card.
Important Notes
- If you have previously registered an application, you cannot register a new application.
- Registration is not possible if the system is down.
- Registration is not possible if there is any discrepancy between your identity information and that of the National Civil Registration Organization.
- If your ID card is damaged or old, first take steps to replace the ID card, and then use the new ID card to register a smart national ID card application.
- According to the National Civil Registration Organization’s directive, all smart national ID cards with an expiration date up to and including 1403 (Iranian calendar) have been extended until the end of 1405 and are valid.
- If you have another ID card, you cannot register with an invalid ID card.
- If you are coming to this representative office from a distance to register a smart national ID card application, plan your trip so that you have enough time in case of unforeseen issues and the inability to complete your application on the same day.
- According to the instructions of the National Civil Registration Organization, having full Islamic hijab and no makeup for women is mandatory when taking photos for national smart ID cards at this representative office. Also, due to the white background color when taking pictures, use non-white colors for clothing and head coverings.
- If you need an appointment that is outside the appointment range (more than two weeks in the future), you can, after taking one of the available appointments, send an email to info@daftar.org and state your request to change the date, with a reason, for review.
